Warranty

If you receive merchandise with any damages, please contact us via our email or store number within 24 hours of the delivery or pick-up of the merchandise. Once an email or phone call has been received, the case will further be assessed and restricted accordingly. It is important to note that certain products, like wood and leather, are natural products and may include slight imperfections in their finish. These are and can not be considered as defects as they are simply the character of the merchandise and will not be covered under this warranty. Please note that any signs of usage will not be considered a manufacturing defect. This warranty only covers the damages of a product from pick-up, delivery or manufacturing errors. Each situation is assessed by Bliss Furniture and will be dealt with accordingly.
